Can I cancel or make a change to an existing order?
A: No, once your order has been placed and your order confirmation has been emailed, you cannot amend your order.
Can I return an item?
A: We offer exchange and/or refunds only where products are:
- Are faulty (other than where the fault is caused by you)
- Are misdescribed by us (as determined by us in our sole discretion); or
- Are the incorrect size (and we are unable to offer an exchange for the correct size)
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of the order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned to us in their original condition, in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and labels. The refund or exchange will occur once we receive evidence of the faulty product or misdescription, or we have received the product at out warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund or exchange under our Sales Terms (please refer to terms and conditions)
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, we will not be liable for any payments related to the delivery costs, import or customs duties, levies, taxes or other liabilities that may apply in the face of an exchange or refund.
Where do you ship to?
A: Meeki Boutique currently only ship Australia wide
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
A: Standard shipping costs $9.00AUD and generally takes between 3-7 working business days. Express shipping costs $11.00AUD and generally takes between 1-3 working business days.
DO THE PRODUCTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
A: Measurements for our products are outlined in our size guide to ensure the perfect fit. If you are unsure between two sizes we would recommend going down a size if you want a more snug fit as the material is very stretchy, however if you prefer a looser fit go for the larger size.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BY ACCIDENT, AM I ABLE TO CHANGE IT BEFORE YOU SHIP IT OUT?
